Eligibility:
Persons residing in rural area, owning a house and sufficient space for construction. Persons having sufficient income to repay the loan.
Nature of Facility:Term Loan.
Maximum Loan: Only For Lavatory: Rs.6000/
                             Only For Bathroom: Rs.4000/
                              For Both Rs.10000/
Repayment Period: Maximum 7 years.
