Baroda General Credit Card Scheme (BGCC)
Terms & Conditions
- The scheme is available only in Rural and Semi-urban branches.
- Only cash withdrawals are permitted under BGCC account. The BGCC cannot be used in the Member Establishments.
- Withdrawals are allowed through loose cheque leaves.
- The BGCC limit will be valid for 5 years (subject to annual review)
Eligibility
- Any individual with a constant source of income in rural and semi-urban areas. The income of the husband and wife can be clubbed for arriving at the maximum limit.
- Two or more members of a family can be joint-borrowers in BGCC. However, the co-borrowers will authorize only one of them to operate the account.
- Members of the Self-Help Groups (SHGs), which have not been credit-linked.
- An individual will not be eligible under BGCC, if he/she has been issued any of the following cards:
- Baroda Kisan Credit Card
- Baroda Artisan Card
- Baroda Laghu Udyami Card
- Swarozgari Credit Card
- Any of the BOBCARDS
- Any other Credit Card
Quantum of Finance
- Maximum limit - Rs. 25,000/-
- Minimum Limit - Rs. 1000/-
Interest Rate & Charges
Other Terms & Conditions
- The card should be used only by the cardholder and should not be allowed to be used by any other person on his behalf nor the card be handed over or transferred to anyone else.
- In case of loss of the card, the cardholder should immediately notify the issuing branch
- The bank reserves the right to cancel the card at any time without notice / assigning any reasons or refuse to re-issue / renew / replace the card.
